We've designed our financial model to protect both clients and assistants, ensuring fair compensation and peace of mind.

1. Secure Escrow Funding

When you book an assistant, the full payment is held securely in our escrow account. The assistant sees the funds are secured, but cannot access them until the work is satisfactorily completed.

2. Transparent Platform Fee

We charge a small, fixed percentage fee on completed bookings. This covers payment processing, AI matching technology, dispute resolution, and 24/7 customer support. No hidden markups.

3. Instant Assistant Payout

Once you approve the completed work, the escrow is instantly released. The assistant receives their full agreed-upon rate directly to their M-Pesa or bank account, minus the transparent platform fee.

Your funds are held in secure escrow. If the work does not meet the agreed-upon requirements, you can request a revision. If the issue cannot be resolved, our dispute resolution team will step in to mediate a fair refund before any funds are released to the assistant.

Absolutely not. Unless you explicitly subscribe to a premium membership plan, you only pay for the specific hours or projects you book. There are no hidden maintenance fees, cancellation fees (if done within policy), or surprise charges.

Once a client approves the completed work, the escrowed funds are instantly released to the assistant's Nika wallet. From there, you can withdraw to your M-Pesa or bank account instantly or within 24 hours, depending on your chosen method.
